These Terms of Service (Terms) cover use at this website (hatsrack.com) hereafter called 'Hats Rack', the 'Site', 'we', 'us', and 'our'. These Terms do not apply outside the hatsrack.com domain, nor in any subdomains of hatsrack.com (example: subdomain.hatsrack.com) unless noted in a specific subdomain's Terms. We cannot be held responsible for activities not bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Site.

You must choose a Pass Word during the registration process. You are responsible for all actions taken under your unique User Name and Pass Word combination and shall only use the Site under your own User Name and Pass Word, unless you are not logged in. You must make every effort to keep your Pass Word safe and should not disclose it to anyone, not even your pet rock. If it is compromised, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your User Name to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your User Name or Pass Word.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to change these details using the Account Center.
We shall have no liability to you for any injury, death, subsequent loss of revenue caused by any use of the Site other than that for which it is intended.
